Richelle Shaw—The $100 Million Woman

She is the leading expert and authority in building successful million dollar businesses.  Richelle’s experience comes from building her first business from $300,000 to $36 million, generating more than $100 million in sales in less than 3 years, then  losing it all after the  9/11 World Trade Center Tragedies.

Richelle successfully rebuilt her million dollar company in approximately 5 months as reported in USA Today, Smart Money, Entrepreneur Magazine, Black Enterprise and many others.  As the only female African American public utility owner in the nation, Richelle has won local and national awards including Top Woman Entrepreneur of the Year 2010, Woman Marketer of the Year 2010 from Glazer-Kennedy Insider’s Circle of 20,000 members and Unstoppable Woman from the Women’s Leadership Counsel. She was named one of the Top 25 People to Follow on Twitter from Become Your Own Boss Network and one of the Top 10 African Americans to Follow on Twitter 2011 from Black Enterprise Magazine.   She was also nominated for the GreenLeaf Award, Top 50 Collection Professionals and the Top 40 Under 40 when she was 27.

After writing the book, How to Build A Million Dollar Business in Las Vegas- Without the Casinos, Richelle set on a journey to help entrepreneurs build their own million dollar businesses.  Since 2007, Richelle has successfully mentored over 12,140 men and women in her international coaching program designed to help take business ideas and make them a business reality.

Richelle’s first consulting client after writing her book, was an OB/GYN.  Richelle resisted by saying, who wakes up and says, I can’t wait to go to the gynecologist?  BUT, as an outsider Richelle was able to see things others didn’t.  She created over 38 systems in his business to increase revenue from $384k to $1.2 million in 9 months.

Andrea Clark

She was asked to relocate from San Diego to be 1 of the 5 business bankers to start the business banking program in the untapped market of Las Vegas. Andrea quickly made a name for herself when she excelled leaps and bounds over her counterparts all over the nation. She quickly built one of the most profitable books of business known to Wells Fargo, focused mostly on the medical industry, which lead to her being one of the most trusted business bankers in the medical industry. Andrea was able to grow from 0 to $5 Million in liquid assets in less than 2 years, all during the downfall of the economy. She not only understood the dynamics of a medical practice but was able to consult doctors and dentists to become more profitable, which in turn lead to more lending opportunities and an increase in liquid assets. Andrea became known as the “Heavy Hitter” within Wells Fargo and was moved in to any branch that was struggling in sales and profitability, doubling or tripling the revenue within a year. In 2010 Andrea moved to JPMorgan Chase where she attended the Area Manager training program and learned proven strategies for coaching, mentoring and managing a successful sales team.

In 2013 Andrea took a short leave from the banking industry and became a mentee at the business coaching firm, ActionCOACH, where she learned to coach business owners on increasing profitability and incorporating strategies to grow their business. In 2014 Andrea took a management position at U.S. Bank where she ran the UMC Branch inside UMC Hospital. She strictly worked with doctors and medical staff due to her background in business banking and the medical field. She grew the UMC branch from one of the most unsuccessful branches in U.S. Bank to #6 in the nation for profitability and sales within 1 year. She has now decided to take her skills and utilize them by consulting doctors to create a profitable and successful medical practice.

Mr. Hattal is an Emmy award winning executive producer and director who has spent his career launching and developing the “Good Day” brand for FOX television stations in Chicago, Washington D.C., Los Angeles and Seattle. He has operated as an Executive for FOX, CBS & NBC in major television markets, and has worked with Hollywood celebrities and CEOs from Fortune 500 companies including Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, American Security Bank, and Sara Lee Corporation, creating marketing strategies and response criteria during difficult and uncertain economic times when shareholders required confidence and reassurance. He has decades of experience guiding newsroom coverage of every major news event from the assassination attempt of President Ronald Reagan, the Tylenol–pill-bottle tampering murders in 1982, the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center to the Gulf Oil Spill. Mr. Hattal holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Maryland. He is a member of the Directors Guild of America (DGA).

She has an extensive background and broad experience with overall appearance and appropriate presentation style for CEOs and corporate executives. Ms. Newdel graduated from IONA College with a Bachelors of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism. She is a member of the PRSA Las Vegas, and an advisory board member of VegasCineFest.
